New virtual tours have been added to the website at www.hideawaycove.com. Dave Tonnes of Maui did the new Panviz virtual tours and they are terrific. I just couldn't bring myself to eliminate the old IPIX Virtual tours, which have been around almost since the beginning, so they coexist side by side. The IPIX tours allow the viewer to see floors and ceilings which the Panviz don't, however I think the photos themselves are clearer on the Panviz system. The new tours include several views of each Villa, so in the long run are probably more useful for visitors to the website.
This may be the year that our renovations are finally completed. I'm going to take another stab at finding a general contractor to do the bathrooms in the Oceanview and Aloha, hoping for an end of May completion. Stay tuned as to whether or not we make it, because, after all this is Kauai and almost nothing is ever completed on time. We are also scheduling our long awaited Outrigger Villa, which will be a single story studio with open beam ceilings, for completion in late November.
