Hui o Laka and Kokee Natural History Museum present their annual forest education fair. Live music, basket and lei making and Oshibana workshops, exhibitors, family fun and more. Free. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival is named for the resilient and spreading banana poka vines that sport candy-pink blossoms that threatens to crowd out native Hawaiian plants and trees of the upland forest. Jun 3, 2006 26TH ANNUAL HA'ENA TO HANALEI 8 MILE RUN/WALK, 5K RUN, 1 MILE YOUTH RUN
Hanalei Canoe Club presents their 25th Annual Ha'ena to Hanalei 8 mile run/walk, 5K run, 1 mile Youth Run. Activities include the 8-mile walk that begins at 6 a.m. and the 8-mile run will begin at 7 a.m. at Ke'e Beach. a 5K run that will begin and end at Hanalei Pier and a 1-mile fun run for kids will also begin and end at pier.
