Dec 10th 4TH ANNUAL GINGERBREAD FESTIVAL
Kukui Grove Shopping Center will be filled with laughter, delight and lots and lots of gingerbread. Produced by Easter Seals Hawaii, the annual Gingerbread Festival is a wonderful opportunity for friends and family members to get together and enjoy the enchantment of the holidays while building your own Gingerbread house. Registration deadline is Nov. 25th. Two time slots: 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. & 12 noon-1:30 p.m.

Dec 23th SLACK KEY CONCERT - MO'O LEGENDS
Friday 4:00-5:30pm. Hanalei Family Community Center. Magical, mesmerizing Hawaiian slack key guitar and ukulele concert featuring songs and stories of Hawaii's legendary mo'o (lizards and dragongs). FREE gift drawing. Tickets $10 ($8 keiki/seniors) Seating Limited. Portion of proceeds support Hale Halawai Ohana o Hanalei.

Dec. 31st NEW YEAR'S EVE FIREWORKS
This event has been held the past several years courtesy of the Sheraton Kauai Resort in Poipu. This year the resort is looking to share the cost with for donations from local businesses to help offset the $20,000 cost. If all goes well, you can expect to see a terrific fireworks show at Poipu Beach Park.
