He has performed with such distinguished artists as Zubin Mehta, Daniel Barenboim, Isaac Stern, Pinchas Zukerman and Yo-Yo Ma. Mr. Haimovitz has been on an unusual tour, bringing solo cello to non classical venues around the country.

Dec 18, 2004 10TH ANNUAL WAIMEA LIGHTED CHRISTMAS PARADE 10th Annual Waimea Lighted Christmas Parade (Kauai) The oldest and brightest small town parade on Kauai. Come early, browse through shops, eat dinner and stay for the entertainment following parade. Parade stages at the Waimea Athletic Field parking lot at 5pm. Parade route is along Kaumaulii Highway (50) from the intersection at Waimea Canyon Drive and ends at Hofgaard Park in the center of Waimea Town. Entertainment and light refreshments to follow. Kauaian Days 2005 is a year dedicated to He Inoa no Kaumuali`i, Kauai's King. The People will be honoring his majesty by erecting a statue from donations raised from Kauaian Days 2004 and continuing throughout the year. The ceremony and unveiling of He Inoa no Kaumuali`i, Kauai's King Statue will take place 2006 Kauaian Days.

January 23, 2005 LOUIS HAYES & THE CANNONBALL ADDERLEY LEGACY BAND For more than forty years, drummer Louis Hayes has been a catalyst for energetic, unrelenting swing in his self-led bands, as well as in bands whose respective leaders reads like an encyclopedia of straight ahead post-bop modern jazz. Julian Edwin "Cannonball" Adderley was an African-American jazz musician, band leader, and composer who was one of the progenitors of the swinging music that became known as hard-bop. Cannonball Adderley bands have helped preserve the music's roots in a funky vocabulary of gospel and blues in the style of jazz, America's classic music $30/$5 students
