Daily Spa Membership

Fitness Assessment Consultation
Heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness are tested; body composition analysis (with caliper) are taken. A customized exercise program is designed for your based on your results and your personal fitness agenda. Recommended for those interested in beginning a fitness program or for regular exercisers in search of a "tune up".

There is so much to do on our beautiful garden island of Kauai, it's hard to decide where to begin. Here are some insider tips for things to do, many of which can be done for little or no cost.

KCC Fine Dining Program

The Culinary Arts program at Kauai Community College (KCC)has earned an excellent reputation for producing some very fine chefs. 100% of the second year students are employed in local restaurants. Each year they also demonstrate their abilities by producing outstanding cuisine for their fine dining program during the lunch hour. Prices vary depending on the menu being served, however they are very reasonable.

If you're interested in the menu being served, see the KCC web site at kauai.hawaii.edu Click on Lunch Menu in the column of the directory to the right, then scroll down past the cafeteria menu to the Fine Dining Menu. The program is not offered year round and the website will indicate the current dates.

Luncheon is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Reservations can be made from 11:30am to noon by calling 808-245-8365. Enjoy!

Friday Nights at Hanapepe

Every Friday night from 5 - 9 p.m. is Hanapepe Art Night and is unique. Participating galleries take turns being the weekly host gallery, offering original performances or demonstrations which become the theme for that art night.

All the galleries are lit up and decked out, giving the town a special atmosphere. Enjoy a stroll down the streets of quaint, historic Hanapepe Town and meet the local artists.
